Misheard lyrics vie with other people’s dreams as points of disinterest, but anyway. My son loves this song—he has formidable taste—and, while learning the chords to play it to him, I noticed that the first line is “It’s plain to me to see” rather the rather more challenging request to “Explain to me the sea”. Regardless, this was largely an excuse to post a video from an album I will never tire of hearing.
